I mentioned in my review how floored I was by their battle. How did this film not enter this year's Oscars again?   That scene alone is more vibrant than anything I've seen in the past decade of animated films.

Such a pity that the Academy didn't quite appreciate it. Rawr! So excited to see it again! :)

  It could of been part of the foreign animation line up at least. Don't care, it's easily the best animated experience of 2013.

See that? :3 There were subtle hints in the series, but as usual, Rebellion confirms what we have been sniffing all this time! I'm more of a Homura x Madoka shipper myself, but I do see the appeal for Kyoko and Sayaka. They're actually more gay than the former~ I just like Homura and Madoka's relationship better since it has more depth.

Haha. I know. I did expect that it'll happen in the movie, considering that a lot of fans ship the pairing. Quite fascinating, too... I mean, they wanted to kill each other at first. :3

Homura is pulling an Assassin's Creed and makes it work!    I'm telling you, Homu is one of the few anime characters that can look super cute and intimidating at the same time.

Cristina delivers the yuri angst better than anyone in the English voice acting business! She really is on a role lately as Homura Akemi and Rei Hino, I swear.

I'm still iffy on buying Rebellion again...I love my region free blu ray from Japan. ;A; Hopefully, one of the upcoming anime cons features Rebellion, so I can listen to Cristina's performance for free~
