Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha -Anime/Manga Discussion

the first season is Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha 
The storyline follows Nanoha Takamachi, a nine-year-old Japanese girl attending elementary school, who lives with her parents and her older siblings. Nanoha's regular everyday life ends when she rescues an injured ferret who reveals himself as a young shapeshifting mage named Yuuno Scrya.
the second season is Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's
A nine-year-old wheelchair-using girl named Hayate Yagami forms a contract with the intelligent weapon named the Book of Darkness (whom Hayate later names Reinforce). As a result of this contract, four Belkan knights named Signum, Vita, Zafira, and Shamal appear in front of Hayate in order to fulfill the task of filling the pages of Book of Darkness by capturing magic from various sources. Once the pages of the Book are filled, its master, Hayate, will be able to make a single wish
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS
StrikerS advances the timeline another four years, where the main characters have gone on to work for the Time-Space Administration Bureau (TSAB) and come upon a new case. The series focuses more on team-based battles and bureaucracy rather than individual rivalry and school life, due to the change in character dynamics. The name StrikerS refers to an SS rank given to top mages, much like how A's refers to A rank mages.

Love love LOVE this series. I especially love the NanoFate stuff from the franchise. I mean, in StrikerS it's so blatantly obvious that Nanoha and Fate are more than just friends and yet they don't delve too deep into it. They live together, they sleep in the same bed, and they adopt a little girl together. They might as well be married! But I will say this, Nanoha, Fate, and Vivio make one helluva family as seen here.

It has characters from various mahou shoujo anime, such as Card Captor Sakura, Slayers, Magic Circle Guru Guru, Magic Knight Rayearth, etc.
And to top all that, it has 7 characters from MGLN! (counting "Gadget Drone")

I know who the other is too, because I've read theirs too. I still haven't been able to pinpoint what is it about this series that I love so much. But it is definitely one of those animes I can watch and re-watch without ever getting tired of it.
For me, I like the last season best. What about everyone else?

Hmm I guess for me I like all 3 seasons..
I liked all 3 seasons too. But if I had to choose... I'd say StrikerS was the best one. It might have something to do with a sexy-looking Fate and as Sulli pointed out... yuri subtext galore. :3

For me, A's was the best one, and then comes StrikerS. in A's its because of the Yagami family and in Strikers because of the yuri subtext that's nearly making everyone blind xDD
