I don't think it's a image Diana put into Natsuki's head, just what I said: Her imagination, because she is so shocked by the fact that Shizuru kissed her and so she now imagines worse.
But I am repeating myself ;P

I just don't believe Shizuru would do more than kiss Natsuki without her permission, since she is so scared, that Natsuki could know sometime and hate her. Even this kiss was actually too much, since we all know what happend afterwards...
