That would be awkward. "Hello, I'm 5." "But you look like a full-grown adult." "I thought five meant a full-grown adult? I was born on a leap year."

The chatbox orgy made me do this:
What type of music can be considered genreless music?
What type of music can be considered genreless music?

The humming noise the blender makes when you're making a smoothie. Well its not music but the sound that comes from it are consistent enough that when you tap your fingers along with it after setting a tempo, it'll become something akin to music....or so I at least think
And what the heck am I talking about lol.

Blender music will be the next big thing fo sure! XD
As for what can be 'genreless' ... it probably depends on the person; most of us like to stick pretty labels on everything so if it genuinely didn't have a genre...it soon would lol
...There was something else I was going to say but I've completely forgotten now >.<; Oh well :D

genreless would be... crap i had this the other day, i was talking about it with friends >.< umm... i forgot :( but i'm pretty sure it was a mix between 8-bit, dubstep, drum and bass, and a bit of jazz... try and make a genre out of that xD

Re: 'Cause Everyone Haz Questions~!
I have a serious question for any and all movie viewer on my forum. Do you honestly feel that the movies of today (meaning anything released 2000s-now) surpass the classics of the 90s and below? Don't be afraid to give me your honest opinion if you're more of a modern fan.
No matter how hard I tried to give Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Twilight chances, they just didn't work for me at all. It's a miracle that I found Hunger Games to be so brilliant, but even before that, I found solace with the hated Resident Evil films thanks to Milla Jovovich being such a convincing female action heroine.
((btw, if anyone wants me to get off my lazy fat ass and review Hunger Games, just sign your post with "Mikoto loves pizza rolls" ))
So how do you feel about this? Maybe I'm just at the age where it's hard for motion pictures to impress me anymore. Take the Spiderman films, never liked them aside from the casual Jameson joke. But the reboot that's coming out soon? I consider it an apology for the last three films because that new trailer was INCREDIBLE. Plus there's also Prometheus, which will be the top movie of the year for me as it's a prequel to a movie I enjoyed when I was younger than MM superstars Ruby and Nagi.
Hint Hint: A L I E N

Re: 'Cause Everyone Haz Questions~!
I don't know how old my favorite movie trilogy is, but I think it was created in the 90's, maybe the 80's. In any case, I hate most modern-day movies and it's hard to grab my attention span in a way that I can be focused as long as movies are. To be honest, I do enjoy the Harry Potter movies, but I think that's because my mother read the books to me and I grew up with the series. It has some kind of sentimental value. And, yes, my mother read me books as a child, even the last Harry Potter book that came out when I was like 17 or something. I'm too lazy to read books that long myself. Leave me alone. >.>; This could be bad though, because I can see myself writing a book as long as one of the Harry Potter books
Lord of the Rings, and I will not lie, basically caught my attention because of Legolas. I didn't really like the movies, now that I'm able to come to terms with this. Both my parents enjoy the movies, I don't. I enjoy the jokes in relation to Lord of the Rings though.
Twilight. We know my opinion on Twilight, because I believe I talked about it in this thread a few pages back. My mom compared me to Bella and it was a disappointment to watch the movie and find out that 1.) I hate Edward Cullen, 2.) I hate Bella, and 3.) I am nothing like Bella. Let's not discuss the other reasons I hate Twilight. It has a dumb plot, but maybe I'm biased since romance novels don't really interest me. Twilight is a romance novel, right? I don't even keep track. As far as I'm concerned, it should be in the genre, "It's a piece of shit."
There is also Pirates of the Caribbean that I like, which I believe was made in the 2000s. Other than Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean, I don't really like any present-day movies. In fact, I sort of hate movies. They lost their entertainment value a long time ago, possibly because directors and such get lazy when it comes to what they create. There are also so many movies being created at once that the quality of them has greatly decreased.
I haven't done any research. This is just what I think based on the fact I lack interest in anything being created. Recycled plots and such are good when done right. Thing is, no one is. We also need something new. Where's the fresh value?
If I had to guess, any movie I like would probably have been made in the 80's or 90's. There are even a lot of shows from the 90's that I really enjoy. I do mean A LOT of shows. If I ever get my hands on Buffy and Xena, I'll be into those too.
In conclusion, today's movies suck. They do not surpass the classics. No one today is talented enough to do that, which makes me sad. How many people are on this planet again? And we're still making terrible movies? You'd think we'd be more creative and at least one person would come out with something good to watch. Unfortunately, I'm probably not talented enough to write anything to surpass classic literature, so I should probably shut up.Doesn't mean I won't try and bust my ass trying

If you post on a forum at 5:46 PM on one computer, but another computer says 5:44 PM at the same time you post on the computer that says 5:46 PM, will moving to the 5:44 PM computer show your post as being posted at 5:44 PM instead of 5:46 PM? I don't know why I'm wondering about this o.o The answer seems kind of obvious.

I have a related question for you. If little fuzzy creatures (I forgot the name...) eat after midnight and become vicious creatures, then what happens when they eat in an airplane and cross the timezones. Cuz it's always midnight SOMEWHERE.

Do I have HAVE to watch or know anything about Avatar the Last Airbender to enjoy the rest of The Legend of Korra?
Never enjoyed the former, but after my friend showed me Korra...wow...this show pulled a Hunger Games on me! Are we returning to an era where movies and shows are great again!? (this doesn't count as a question you simpletons >:3 )

no you don't have to, but i for one loved Avatar The Last Airbender, and knowing it kind of does help get your bearings on Legend of Korra, but it doesn't make any difference i don't imagine.

Legend of Korra had a very strong start, I'm enjoying it very much. Any plot elements that involves references to Avatar, I'll ask around. Thanks. :o
