'Cause Everyone Haz Questions~!
In this thread you can ask any question you have be it silly, interesting, unusual, cracky, and see what kind of answers you will inspire~ =D
I'll start~
This question I've had the discussion with various people over the years, and have yet to find a truly conclusive, satisfying answer to...
Which came first...the Chicken or the Egg?
Seriously! When you think about it, just which one did come first?! The Chicken has to be born from the Egg, but the Egg has to be laid by the Chicken, so...what is the answer? o?o
Anyone have any theories/answers/random thoughts on this! =D

Re: 'Cause Everyone Haz Questions~!
God placed the chicken on earth so it would pop out eggs :3 [/sarcasm]
in my opinion, there must be a chicken AND a rooster first o.o how else should a baby-chicken pop out of the egg? o.o
(sorry, it'S late here @___@ thinking is a bitch atm ~~)

Re: 'Cause Everyone Haz Questions~!
I think the egg and the chicken came about at the same time. I doubt there's any supporting evidence to say that I'm correct though.
I have a question of my own:
If the Big Bang created the universe, what came before the Big Bang? There can be nothing, but what came before that nothing?

Re: 'Cause Everyone Haz Questions~!
There are actually quite a number of very intriguing answers and theories to this question, and Morgan Freeman does an *excellent* job with his series Through The Wormhole explaining these answers, so I'll let him take over here =DLerena wrote:I think the egg and the chicken came about at the same time. Re: 'Cause Everyone Haz Questions~!
The illogical answer for Lerena's question would be: God.
Simple and not valid enough. ;p

Re: 'Cause Everyone Haz Questions~!
Ah but the very point brought up by Morgan in the vid is, "if God did create all that we see here...who or what came before God" ;3Luu Sky Sapphire wrote:The illogical answer for Lerena's question would be: God.

I believe that God exists, but here's the thing. Even if he created everything, I also believe in alternate dimensions, parallel universes, etc etc. I also believe there are multiple gods and goddesses.
In any case, God probably did create the Big Bang, evolution, and all scientific laws and theories that most religious people claim cannot coexist with their belief in their higher being. This question is something I have been pondering about for awhile. For some reason, I just find it illogical not to believe in God when it's impossible this is the only universe that exists. What is outside this universe? Another universe. What is beside this universe? Another universe. I cannot prove or disprove any of this, but I think mostly anything is possible.
As for what created God, that is always going to be controversial. There has to be something at the heart of all creation, but then there also has to be something that created that being. If you think of God as all that is and ever was, that makes more sense as long as you don't over-think things a bit. Problem is, I am a natural over-thinker.

One turns up elsewhere in a destination in which the speaker of said quote is unaware of. So, they turn up... but they are missing. Because the speaker of the quote does not know where one is gone.
It's the equivalent of lose, you see. Just because YOU lose your eraser, doesn't mean that the eraser is lost. The eraser knows perfectly well where is it (if it has consciousness). But because *you* don't know where it is, it is therefore classified as "lost".
But back to the point. Turning up does not necessarily mean that the person has gone to a place where the speaker knows of... or is at. Turning up can simply just be "having gone". So if one has gone missing, then they are missing.
:3
Is that smart-ass enough of an answer?
