The 7 Deadly HiME Sins

I've been realizing how some of the HiME at least represent the 7 Deadly Sins, so I wonder what your opinions are about which HiME represents which sin(s)  

This is meant for entertainment. This is not a religious debate. Don't take this thread seriously, and don't preach about religion, please!  

Here's what I came up with

Mikoto - Gluttony/Sloth - Eating and sleeping are what cats do  
Midori - Pride - Arrogant behavior and prefers to lead
Natsuki - Wrath - Tries to get revenge on First Disctrict
Akira - Pride - Very territorial and constantly preaches to Takumi what real men do
Yukino - Lust - She has the hots for Haruka, and likes ShizNat pr0n  
Akane - Lust - Bad choice, but it's the best I can think of, because of her relationship with Kazuya (and she's keeps getting cockblocked in Otome XD)
Shiho - Envy/Greed/Lust - She gets really jealous when Tate eyes on other girls, she clings to him constantly, and she simply wants Tate to be all hers
Yukariko - Lust - Secretly fantasizes about love and the birds & the bees
Shizuru - Lust/Sloth - Her love to Natsuki, and being a professional slacker of a kaichou  
Fumi - Wrath - Again, bad choice! Wrath because she represents Hades  
Mai - Pride - Takes too much responsibility and clouds her real emotions
Nao - Wrath/Greed - Hates men, captures men, and robs men :3

Shiho:

1) Lust - Shiho is like Takeda in this aspect,  she did not care about Tate's feelings, she cared only about fer feelings for Tate... because she ignored his discomfort, when she tried to force her feelings to advance their relationship...

2) Envy - she was envious of Mai...

3) Wrath - hard to forget her ghostly HiME-form, who had attacked Mai several times with the intention to kill...

Nao:

1) Wrath - Nao was a very angry girl. And she has the worst type of anger... it's destructive, hot and blind; her anger has no target/purpose...

For example, Nao out of spite dropped the whole building on Natsuki, Mai, Midori and even Mikoto (Episode8 )...

Or, for example, when Natsuki attacked Nao, having believed Yukariko in her accusation of Nao, and when Mai and Yukino tried to stop their fight, Nao started attacking them also, even though they didn't do anything to deserve it (Episode 18)...

And then Nao got so lost in her anger that she had gone against much stronger HiME... Mai and Shizuru were the last two HiME that she should have gone after... By doing so, she endangered the life of her mother... but she did not even think about it, her anger completely clouded her mind and took control over her... there was no logic or rational reasoning...

2) Envy - Nao is an envious, she clearly was envious of Mai and Natsuki, and the things they have...

For example, Nao's words to Mai (Episode 7)...
:"You know what? I just can't stand girls like you, Tokiha. Always playing goody-two-shoes. And being such a good sister. Looking as though you're taking on big responsibilities. I hear so much from Aoi that my ears are about to burst! "Mai is working so hard", "What a great girl!" You're a total fool! You make me want to puke!"

Btw, this moment made me rather disappointed in Mikoto, since it was Natsuki who stood up for Mai, and not Mikoto...

Or, for example, Nao's words in accusing tone to Natsuki: "This apartment and everything in it was paid for with your parents' money, right? You're sure high up in society. Totally different from me." And then Nao started telling Natsuki her tragic story...

Nao didn't bother to learn more about Natsuki or Mai, she didn't know anything about their situations... Nao just assumed that she was the most unfortunate one in the whole world...

Natsuki:

1)  Wrath - Natsuki was also an angry girl like Nao, but Natsuki has a different type of anger... her anger is constructive, cold and controlled... She directed her anger at concrete target - the First District, and Natsuki didn't take it out on others, unlike Nao... And, actually, we never saw Natsuki, losing control over her anger (comical situations aside)...  Natsuki teamed up with the First District without any protest and even was the the first one who agreed to assist them... or Sakomizu, even though he was the First District's agent, Natsuki recruited him as an ally/informant. Granted, she didn't tell him much, she was just using him as a source of information...

2) Pride - Natsuki is an overly proud, unhealthily so... she sometimes got into embarrassing and even dangerous situations because of her pride...

Shizuru:

Lust - actually, Shizuru's feelings was very tender and affectionate, she wished to see a big, genuine smile from Natsuki. It's so very sweet... But then the Carnival happened...  the end of the world was looming on the horizon and her MIP was doomed because of her... It's small wonder that she broke down and her love became obsessive...

And about other HiME, I couldn't come up with anything...

Affectionate or not, I still regard Shizuru as "lust", because there were a few sexual innuendos relating to Natsuki   Some good examples like when Shizuru says "Right at the juicy part~" XD Aaaaand when she says "Ikezu~", which seems to be a dream about whatever the hell Natsuki was doing to Shizuru that Sunrise couldn't be arsed explaining, though they hinted when Shizuru made that content sigh, perhaps?   

And the negi scene, and when Natsuki, Mai and Mikoto went to that lingerie store. Just various hints scattered all over the HiME franchise

Yup, I totally agree with you =)) Shizuru's love towards Natsuki is far from platonic, so, ofc, lust is present in her feelings... I did not mean that before the Carnival, there was no lust... I was talking about her feelings and how the Carnival affected them...

Yup, Midori is definitely pride ^_^ and I love how she expresses it in Cake Wars, Cape and all

Although I prefer the dark drama of the second half of the series Cake Wars is among my favorite episodes. I'd love to see a humorous what if episode where Midori ended up playing a villain. Maybe like in a play that the Hime were had to do for school. She would ham the sh$! out of it.
