The codes are in the cheat dialog.
There is a drop down menu on the emulator and click on 'cheats'
You can input them if they aren't already there. And make sure to check of the box each time you use the emulator. (they don't stay checked)

I think I might have gone into more detail in the README... But, I'm not sure.
The codes should be in the first post as well.

Not a pokeball! An item ball! There's a big difference! You can have more itemballs than pokeballs~ Up to x99 of most things!

Question: How come running shoes make you run as fast as old Pokegame bicycles? Makes you wonder...
