I need your help >.< about stolen fan art work.

I just worried about this and I want to protect my friend's artwork.
It's about the copyright work which someone took my friend's picture and claimed that
This one belong to him/her.
I know this may bother you all but for the same that " we are all Mai-series fan " >.<
So please consider about it.

I have been friend with Cpt his name is "ikeda" for about 3 years.
He loves Mai-series as much as us all. His works are very popular among Mai- fanart.
epspecially , ShizNats fanart.

Let's see at the bottom of website we could find "●舞HiMEシリーズ　イラスト"
There is Mai Natsuki and Mikoto fanart which is quite old since 2007 or older.

I just found this in dA+ which I added fav+ (without consider the name and I forgot about Ikeda pic too)

Even though ~Sempter brought it and said that he took from friend.
But this is really cruel because the real one is still alive here >.<
He should give a credit for him or if he doesn't know he shouldn't claimed it by himself.

Don't panic, Cha-Chan. I totally understand. First things first, contact Sempter in a reasonable manner. Show him the proof (I recommend you take a snapshot of the entire page just in case) and politely ask him to give credit. If he refuses, report him to deviantART staff (again, with proof just so they don't think it's just "one of those things" ) and they'll take care of the situation.

Pretty much everything Luu-chan said is the right thing to do. Definitely contact Sempter calmly and tell him what's going on and ask him to give the correct credit. Make sure you save snapshots of the page in case you do need to contact the dA staff. I know they are pretty strict with stolen work.

Haham it's ironic how the person said they drew it, but didn't know Natsuki's name. Woww, that's kinda pathetic.

Stealing is a high form of flattery, but really annoying. Imma go report that person on dA for art theft!
