Nanzaki is a male xD he's drawn himself as one in some of his doujins' omake pages.

Btw, between Ritsuko or Sayo, which one do you prefer to take as a lover? Ya know, if you swing that way I mean :3

For me personally, I'd choose Ritsuko *squees* ...for reasons giggity

Almost every mangaka draws him/her-self as an animal.

I read Love Prep Room first and felt very sad, then I found Sweet Little Devil and went, "Hey! This kind of looks like an AU where Shiina and Eiko are actually happy."

But yes, Ritsuko and Sayo are a very cute pair.. maybe even cuter than TOURS' ShizNat?! Sayo's kind of like a dumb Shizuru, hahaha. And Ricchan's very cute, trying to play the role of responsible sempai.. and getting dominated by masochistic Sayo.

Every. Single. Time.

What I'm really interested in was how Sayo managed to seduce Ritsuko. Ritsuko was apparently going out with the basketball team captain at the time of their reunion, after all. Like Sayo's classmates, I thought she was joking about it at first, but when she said it was 'nothing but the truth', my face went :O

I wish I could read a prequel/origin story about that. But then again, Nanzaki Iku doesn't really seem too keen on 'beginnings' and exactly how things ended up the way do in his stories. I'm still a bit confused about the chronology of TOURS, to be honest.

Well, unless Nanzaki-sama wants to create those stories explaining how Sayo's wooing started, there's no way we'll be able to know. Also, sadly in yuri, most of these short stories don't have that, because they are short.

And in the new YuriHime Wildrose 7, there's a continuation to the characters for LOVE PREP ROOM.
It's kinda sad to see that love triangle and unrequited love...
But, well, let's see how it goes...
