And the next day, after the...ritual (ceremony of sacrifice) they Sunrise announces the movie is no more.

Is there any way we can sacrifice Deppy? *_* I feel this is necessary for absolutely no reason, other than for my own personal amusement~

Now I think about Evangelion has done much to hurt others instead doing what's best, so pardon Gundam and execute Evangelion for shittyness to higher level.

faackin bullshit is RIGHT and next year movie will be the biggest fackin bullshit we've seen since the Soprano's ending

I'd like to believe that this new Evangelion movies series IS the remake we've always wanted. With all the well deserved accolades, Evangelion never received a proper coherent ending. I know tickling our brain makes a series more engaging, but you gotta keep things simple now. Two WTF endings were enough for me.

Fortunately for our fandom, a Mai-HiME movie ending won't be that over-complicated. We can assume that all story points converge towards Mai and the other HiME either killing the evil Arika or saving her. See? Nice and simple.
