Oh Etro...it's a long list....but I guess I'll post the ones I like the most... (not in any particular order)

Mai Hime: Shizuru Fujino, Natsuki Kuga
Mai Otome: Natsuki Kruger, Shizuru Viola, Sarah Gallagher
InuYasha: Sango
Rurouni Kenshin: Misao Makimachi, Aoshi Shinomori
Fate Stay Night: Saber, Rin, Lancer.
Ah My goddess!: Belldandy, Peorth.
Kara no Kyoukai: Ryougi Shiki.
Macross Frontier: Sheryl Nome.
Strike Witches: Mio Sakamoto, Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke.
Neo Genesis Evangelion: Asuka Langely Soryu or now called Asuka Shikinami Langley, Mari Makinami Illustrious, Misato Katsuragi, Maya.
Gundam Seed & Seed D: Cagalli Yula Athha, Lacus Clyne.

You have a very awesome list, ShezNek! We have similar taste in anime characters, although, there is one little flaw. Why is my Kagura-sama not listed along with Sango? >:3
