I definitely see a lot of chemistry there! Rosalie's attitude is like a contrast to Laura's serious personality and I bet she enjoys being scolded by her oneesama (I know I would enjoy it if it's Laura >///<)

Yep, secretly lovers... or maybe ex-lovers? Broken up, missing each other dearly but unable to act on their feelings due to the distance between their countries? And maybe now they act like really good friends as a facade to hide their true, persistent feelings?

They're very good fanfic material...

Very much so! Rosalie is introduced to us as a very childish girl. This couldn't be anymore truth than when she started a little cat fight with Shiho Huit in Zwei. Laura is a lot like Maria Graceburt, taking Otome duties seriously and not tolerating Rosalie's true character. Laura is so mature that she gave depressed-about-her-girlfriend-Mashiro Meister Arika a pep talk.

I'm banking on both, friend. An Otome's duty lacks any type of freedom to express their true feelings. Notice how the teasing occurs when they're alone? There's something there we're not seeing 100%. Shizuru and Natsuki, Haruka and President Yukino, Chie Harada and Aoi...there's secret romance everywhere. With the Otome free of their contracts, Rosalie and Laura are probably dating openly after the Garderobe war ended. Gay Rainbow

When I first watched the series I believed them to be Lovers

I mean the chemistry is there, the tidbit of this scene heavily implies it, and not to mention their names sound perfect together, say them outloud and tell me they don't sound great together

I thought the same. Both Laura and Rosalie have beautiful; almost exquisite full names. Their chemistry sent ex-lovers signals to me, because it shows how easily Laura could tame Rosalie. Wink You didn't see that with Rosalie and Shiho in Zwei because they hated each other. Oh and Shiho is in no way, shape or form worthy enough to be eaten out by Meister Claudel~
