I think it's an old advert for "Mai Otome Zwei". Zwei is "2" in German.

Mai Otome was very European. Yukino's surname, Chrysant, is Dutch for chrysanthemum (Whereas in HiME is was the Japanese for chrysanthemum, Kikukawa).
