The following are rules for my forum. Respect these rules and you shall be allowed to live. If not, Shizuru WILL use her Naginata on you. ;)And trust me, you don't want that. *maniacal laugh* Or punishment from Natsuki...



Major League Butt-kicking is back in town! ^_~

Rules:

1. Be kind and rewind. Treat others with respect and you will get it in return!
2. No e-drama! If you have some bone to pick with a MM member or a MM member who accompanies you on another forum, you and this member will be monitored. Unless the problem shares a common thread with the Columns, deal with it on your own.
3. No racist comments!
4. No political or religious debates.
5. Make sure your signature isn't enormous! I mean it! []
6. Do not double post! Use the edit button, it is your friend dammit!!!
7. If you have disagreements with another member, don't get upset. Your opinion is important, no matter what. As long as it's reasonable. Being pissed at a member has nothing to do with ShizNat or any of the Mai HiME/Otome series, so have some tough skin.
8.If you have any suggestions to enhance the forum, feel free to speak up! I want to read your input!
9. Have fun! Most important rule of all! [:big grin:]
10. Do not promote your forum/fansites without permission from the admin. (Luu Sky Sapphire) Once permission is granted, you may paste on your profile or add your desired links to our promotion thread.

That's about it for now, if anyone has any suggestions or comments, don't hesitate to say something. :)

Bubuzuke points are basically our score system. Whenever you post in a thread or make a thread of your own, you get bubuzuke points.

Armitage Guts are the "like" system of the forum, similar to Facebook. If you enjoyed someone's post, look at the upper right hand corner of their post to see a + symbol and click it.

There's also a hidden joke within this system. Remember the omake where Haruka makes her election speech against Shizuru? Well, no matter how many Armitage points you have, it will always be vastly lower than the bubuzuke points. ^_~

Sort of forgot what images I can or can't use for my avatar. Are images from, say, other anime acceptable, and if so, can I just get them from a random google search? (I think it is more or less the only way I can get the picture I have in mind, which is why I'm asking)

Any image is fine, Lyrium. Just as long as there isn't any nudity or sexual activity going on. Any character from any anime if fine too, although it would be nice if you had one Mai-HiME/Otome related something on your signature or avatar. XD Totally optional.

Reviving any topic, no matter how old, is allowed on my forum.

Back in 2011, excess rules suggested (and regretfully issued) by banned members of the forum were added to our current list in an attempt to adjust the forum to their own selfish needs. I have to admit; giving anyone the benefit of the doubt can cost you. Ironically, their actions got themselves banned.

Today, I knock down my own "Berlin Wall" by deleting these excessive rules from 2011. You don't need an elaborate system of warnings to keep order. There is no democracy here because people are idiots and I have no time for them. All you need to last in this forum is common sense. Be a good person and everything will be fine. Complain about lack of activity, not getting your way, he-said-she-said nonsense...and I will ban you immediately. No more warnings, no more hearings, no more members with escort lifestyles, morons who thought they could work the system and members with dead beat mothers, who took their anger out on those who want to have a good time here.

This is the real me. A damn good administrator who will treat you guys with all the fun and excitement that our fandom has to offer. Disagree and you can...



2012 began a new era. I knew by the events of our forum gathering at Otakon 2012 that we have finally weeded out the slugs of the fandom. We had such a great time that nothing in the past mattered anymore. This is what I intended back in 2010 and I'm proud to say that in 2014, most of us are still good friends. They didn't have to pay any dues either. They came here for the ShizNats, the Mais, the Mikotos, the Ninas, the yuri couples from other anime, the what are you doing now spam threads! This is why you're here:
