She's the mid-series villain just like Miyu and Alyssa were in HiME. At least, that's how I saw it.
Well, I'm glad to hear from you, and Ris, have you thought about continuing the translation of Destiny or you have someone like baka-tsuki do the job that was planned?

Mai-HiME Destiny Drama CD Volume Two added to Mai-Multiverse Channel!
Mai-HiME Destiny Drama CD Vol. 2 - Track 01
You can listen to the other eleven tracks by clicking on each response video, starting with the track one video! :) Have fun listening to the further antics of Mayo Kagura and friends. If you're able to understand anything going on in the audios, please translate for the fans.
Included for this thread are high quality scans I made earlier from the Mai-HiME Destiny Volume 2 album:

Just like I did with Mao-HiME:

I've taken a couple of snapshots for my new Mai-HiME Destiny novels. Including the illustrations, koma manga and promotional brochures inside. Translations are currently underway (easier for our hired hand to work with these). For now, enjoy what you see here: Gotta love Destiny Shizuru slicing a bus in half.
Warning: Not the best quality. Check back soon for more polished versions of each image.

Thanks for sharing Luu! It's an awful lot of trouble to scan light novels, so I appreciate this a lot! I'll try and see if I can translate the little comics with the help of a dictionary, but don't look forward to it ^^;

Midori~ ^^ From what I saw, she didn't have a big part in Destiny at all, so I'm surprised to find concept art here (but I've been proven wrong by the Shizuru-and-Midori-in-battle picture?? =D Suddenly looking forward to reading this so much more!) And I'm curious about what it says and her pose. X3 She's drinking from the science beaker! XDD

Thanks for this. Looking forward to the full translation! ^^ (I hope we can see translations of the 4-koma too! XD)
Re: Mai-HiME Destiny Forum
Oh wow! There's so much on Destiny!
Read it today and was-- honestly-- confused.
I think I lost it after I read that Reito was bald! Hahaha.
I have a question... will they be doing an anime on it? :D

LOL, I think you meant Reito's older brother who is actually bald, and Sunrise haven't made an announcement yet.

I know this part! This was that time when Haruka was noticed to be crying while fighting the Suzaku Association and denied it... I think.Luu Sky Sapphire wrote:

Re: Mai-HiME Destiny Forum
It's a very slow process, Ruby. :) One day it will be translated, or even better, released in the English language on North American shores. Me having the copies will bring us a step closer. But as I've learned from our first translator: You can't rush people. Trust me, if I had the ability to translate, they would of been done two years ago. I'm a tad more passionate than others. Sadly, I cannot translate. I can only hire certain people and simply wait. :) I'd gladly do so for this series~
Re: Mai-HiME Destiny Forum
Hey guys! Here's the 'cleaner' versions of the scans :D
I think I post them all, but like there're too many I could be wrong, so tell me if that's the case :)

The manga's only available in Amazon Japan, if I'm not wrong. Luu has a copy of them though they're in Japanese.
Yeah you can ask :3

Yup, as from Chapter 1-8 are the only ones that are translated by Ris, and I got an email from Ris saying that this group is actually trying to translate the later chapters, so yeah, I can't wait for this to be translated, I thought Baka-tsuki would do this too, but they only deal with popular big name light novels. Well, there is always hope for the best as you guys have done EXA before, and it does takes time to get everything translated, but hey, I re-read this sometimes ago

That's acceptable. I can wait, even for a whole year or a decade.

Re: Mai-HiME Destiny Forum
LOL, back again, anyways, @Luu, how's the progress of getting the ppl to translate the light novel so far? We have 2 years left for Sunrise to pull a 10th anniversary of Mai-franchise soon, it might be a green-lit project that uses HiME Destiny plot for HiME sequel(stick with being a TV series instead of OVA), a sequel to Otome S.ifr during the Otome war arc that ended for 50 years of peace before the Otome TV series timeline start(It's better to have a movie instead, which is more epic). LOL, I love having theory.

I'm still hoping for them to make Destiny into an anime, purely so I can fangirl over Shizuru some more XD They've got to do something for the 10 year anniversary...I will be very disappointed if they don't...but this is Sunrise lol
