The opening for The Rose of Versailles. I had to after reviewing the series on it's respective thread. Truly one of the all-time greats in Japanese animation.

CUTIE HONEY opening

Though only eight episodes long, 1994's 'New Cutie Honey' had one of the most memorable opening songs in animation history. All the incarnations of Cutie Honey had the same song, only performed differently. THIS is the best version. It's not too slow or too modern, it's just right and fast paced.

The beautiful opening song from the original Record of Lodoss War (fantastic series, btw), "Kiseki No Umi". Sung by the tremendously talented Maaya Sakamoto.

This is one of those Anime openings that move your soul, like "Scarlet" from Ayashi no Ceres. A "wave of goosebumps" as I call it during viewings.

Pripara opening 1

^ PriPara is one of my guilty pleasure titles. It's whacky and doesn't make sense half the time, but the characters are fun and quirky enough to enjoy. Especially the Headmistress with the crazy hair and the pickled plum powered superstar diva, Sophie. XD

Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight opening

The alternate universe sequel to the original Record of Lodoss War OVA series, Chronicles of the Heroic Knight, wasn't as good as it's OVA counterpart. However, this opening is BEAUTIFUL. One of the best and most moving openings ever. The beautiful animation and Maaya Sakamoto's vocals are to thank.
