When I looked up "anime twins" on Google Images, these two girls pop up a lot in the results. Does anyone know which manga these two girls are from?

According to this, it's not from a manga at all; it's fanart for one of the Sound Horizon albums. Namely, the 5th album, entitled "Roman".
