I'd say, yeah. Was into Magic: The Gathering for a while, but eventually I got so sick of losing to people in casual games because they seemed like they were in it for the purposes of professional competition (I find that to be a real buzz-kill) that I diverted my passion to writing Yugioh duels for fanfics. Live and learn, I guess.
