I'm splitting them up into 3 categories: Japanese, English, and a mix of both. Please do share your most favorite actors. And optional, since we have some non-native English speakers around here, care to share some other foreign voice actors we don't know about!

<3 AGAIN; PERFECT TASTE. Shelley is the perfect Mireille, she even sounds like her in real life! XD All she had to do was use her own voice. The Noir dub is the most perfect English dub in existence. It was pretty much lightning in a bottle, no anime can pull that off ever again.

I don't know Gamboa though, but I don't live in the Philippines, so...hahaha!

Yeah. He's more of a local seiyuu. I really don't watch dubbed anime pretty much so I only know quite a handful. I believe TOEI used that dub in one of their re-release DVD volumes for Voltes V. Animes during that time were being dubbed by voice actors from the Philippines.

I did forget to mention Carrie Keranen (Kumiko Yamaguchi), Cristina Vee, Alyson Court (Claire Redfield). Sally Cahill (Ada Wong). They're just...wow. :)

I'm adding Paula Lindberg to my list of English voice actresses. I'm currently rewatching Starship Operators (fantastic space drama series) and she did an incredible job as Alley Hisaka. In fact, she is the only one in the English cast to pronounce Japanese names correctly. She said "Maizuru" correctly, while everyone else said "MAI-ZOO-ROO". If she were in the Bandai Entertainment dub for Mai-HiME, she would of done justice to Shizuru's name. :3 Speaking of which...
