Great choices, Megan! :D My personal favorite song from Mai Otome is Otome wa DO MY BEST Desho? Which is the ending theme for the Mai Otome series. Hands down, this is the best song in the series. :D Watching Arika run through a sea of stars is so memorizing. *_*

;P Already heard it. She did a fantastic job with that song. "Dream Wing" (also by Minami Kuribayashi) is nice too, but there's more intensity in "Crystal Energy". Perfectly compliments the second half of Mai Otome, which was starting to get serious.

I'm guessing you're talking about Hoshi ga Kanaderu Monogatari. It's basically a lullaby, a cry for freedom and a song of friendship. Best sung by Mika Kikuchi (Arika) imo. ^_^
