I dunno why, but I think Sunrise would make Shizuru short haired if a new series took place in the distant future. It's a more "grown up" look to have short hair and quite frankly, Shizuru would still look gorgeous. She'd just resemble Una Shamrock from Sifr. and that's a plus for me. *_*

that's what i fear, haha ^^;
not that i have something against una, not at all. but if shizuru would have short hair she really would look like una, like you said. it would still be interesting to actually see short-haired shizuru (like i said one year ago) but generally i'm more for the long hair. well, in otome shizuru looked more "grown up" (like nastuki~i'm to sexy to hide my belly button~kruger *drool*) even with her long hair, too... but i can't really point a finger on what's the actual reason for this...
