Shizuru Fujino for sure! I would vote neither though. XD Both aren't interested in being top dog anymore. Shizuru quite her Kaichou position without giving a f*ck or twelve and Lady Satsuki seems to enjoy a life of peace than conquest as proven in episode 24.

My money is all on Satsuki for this one, by virtue of the fact that she quite literally shines. Giving off that aura of power... you feel that things are most certainly going to be different, so she might not need much in the way of an election pitch.

Satsuki makes her voice heard with the same conviction as Haruka Suzushiro. However, people can't take Haruka seriously because she just goes on and on and on. Satsuki uses fear to get people to listen and do what she says.
That being said, Shizuru didn't have to say or do much to get elected. Her deniable charm and charisma won out and I can't disagree with it. :3

Armitage would be super defiant to allow another show-off like Shizuru take over. I mean who would not submit to her, and who would not love her...hell if North Koreans view Kim Jong Un as a god, wouldn't they view Satsuki as...whatever makes the title Goddess seem puny
