Thanks, Nymph! I need my Natsuki fix so badly. XD Almost a whole month without Kuga is not healthy for Luu.

I cheated 
I used the mother of all sims cheats "testingCheatsEnabled true" > shift+click on a sim > click "edit in create a sim". In this case, I used Natsuki. in create a sim, you're able to make any type of change. For Natsuki, I temporarily made her a male (yes, be afraid), just so I can get Shizuru pregnant and actually have kids by blood, not adoption. It's really handy

Note: Natsuki in Sims 3 = Vampire.
Shizuru in Sims 3 = Witch.
