Negi, oh Negi, I wonder...[Shizuru]

Ok... please don'T hit me for my stupidity, but I always see that negi-joke on Shizuru and Natsuki. I kinda wondered if it has a special meaning.

Does it appear in the manga or in Otome? (because I never read it and until now, I never really watched the rest... only a few episodes of Mai Otome (think until ep. 15)...)

My other conclusion would be a Doujinshi... thinking about Tours or something else. I've seen it there quite often, so... either way it's an inside joke of the artist or I missed something?

Can somebody please explain it to me? I'd be really thankful

to be honest, I never heard about that cure... I know several kinds of old cures (like onion-fat packs on your chest, or socks soaked with vinegar), but... negi up your butt? THAT screams for some investigation X'D
