Can't find any information, all I can say is that the trailer is good but I don't know if it really exists or will exist T-T

EDIT: forget about it, I just found out this trailer was a fake... NOT POSSIBLE!!!!! T-T

No, sadly. It was just a big April Fools trolling by Sunrise. I think it was meant to promote Mai-Otome in the long run, but that's just cruel. ;_; I love Mai-Otome, but you just don't fool people into believing Mai-HiME will have one final chapter.
