Episode 4, during that entire camp-out scene, and they briefly show Shizuru sleeping. I can't help but think if she was actually sleeping naked or not :shock: My first impression was yes, she was sleeping naked, since there weren't even any straps on her shoulders




Then again, she was probably sleeping in her kimono robe (they do that?)

IIRC, in Japan, when you wear yukata or kimono, you have to go nekkid underneath. That's how it is with the tradition, but the modern girls can't go without bras and panties, so nowadays its hard to find people who's entirely nekkid inside their yukata/kimono.

Natsuki it's not a person that it's used to wear those traditional clothes, she's more practical. So unless you're used to wearing them, just like Shizuru, you'de need help on putting them on.
That's why I think that most likely, Shizuru assisted Natsuki on putting the yukata, also remember that she was injured, which means she wouldn't be able to move too much to tie it herself.
Don't forget that Natsuki it's a bit shy, and with Shizuru there, I bet she didn't want to be seen naked by the Kaichou, so probably she decided to wear panties and bra.

True, Natsuki is careful about revealing her body like that. The slightly tug would show Shizuru more than she could ever want~ That must of changed now that they're a couple (using Natsuki no Prelude assistance) post Mai-HiME.

Natsuki is a shy person. And this theory is also supported as how Natsuki reacted when she was taking a bath and Mai barged in. Not to mention her reaction when SHIZURU did the same. X3

But back to the Natsuki-in-the-kimono thing, Natsuki WAS in her bike suit during her accident, and she has been seen changing out of it in secluded areas, and seems like she doesn't wear anything underneath. At least bra-wise. Just in my opinion, when her wounds were dressed, it's possible that Shizuru at least saw Natsuki naked upward when she was nursing her back to health, so maybe Natsuki's bandages acted as a bra when she was wearing that kimono. And I just find it weird that since Natsuki is shy, she'd have the guts to get fully naked in order to dress into something different other than her bike suit And let's not forget about that karaoke scene and yadda yadda.
