They are! Certain anime are great, but will they be remembered ten years from now? Or maintain the exact same hype they carry now? Titles like Sailor Moon and Revolutionary Girl Utena are practically immortalized in anime/manga fandom. Will series like (examples...) Soul Eater and Puella Magi Madoka Magica have that same legend status in 2030?

Very true. Animes nowadays are the one time wonder types. Too many animes around to watch and things quickly turns cliche because everything has similar plots.
