They're talking about songs and I think the title says "The Mai HiME & Mai Otome CDs' Announcement!" Though I'm not sure whether that's an accurate translation

Natsuki: *dumps something on table* It is this(?). The Mai HiME Best Song album. ((I don't know what did she say after that thought 'utau (sing)' was mentioned a hell lot))

In short, there's a Mai HiME, Mai Otome and another special album with the songs of the three main characters singing together from each show. I'm not sure whether the special album exist or not though? The songs do exist.

I'm just a fan of anime so my japanese sucks Someone else should be able to provide a better translation.

P.s: Track two talks about the light novel. I can read ze kanji xD

XD Finally a lengthy track with a lot of antics going on between our girls~

I'm mostly doing title translations, thanks to Google Translate! I'm just clarifying it a bit to make things clearer. :)

Track 03 - Duel of the Trip: The Second Day of Transfer to Hoshinomiya Fuuka Academy

The audio drama most likely takes place during chapter one to two of the light novel. :D

Oh yeah, Volume 3 Track 9 with Nagi narrating the first few minutes takes place between chapter six or seven of the novel.

One time with Nagi's train of thoughts:

Nagi: *imagines Shizuru-kaichou with her katana being unsheathed* Oh! *cringes at the thought*

He (Nagi) and Shion at one time talk about the tale of the dragon appearances, I think, in Japan or China... Shion definitely couldn't believe that Mayo possesses such strong ability.

One time with Nagi and Shion:

Nagi: *taunts Shion*
Shion: *shows him the Tusk of the Tiger*
Nagi: Whoa, hold down there a sec!

Track 03 Volume 1 rough translation is ongoing for a while.

Mayo: Alright! Fuuka Academy, here I go! ((then I don't know what Mayo's saying))
*chattering*
Mayo: Hey! Good morning!
Girl: *hesitates* G-Good morning.
Mayo: Huh? Is something wrong? What's this?
*whispers*
Mayo: This is...
*whispers*
Mayo: Handcuffs!
*whispers*
Mayo: I don't really understand what's going on here! Why are they talking about me in this school? Could it be because of this thing? *jangle of handcuffs and she sighs* It's no use. ((she says something again, worried)) What am I going to do now? *walks*
Mayo: There's a rumor between the president and a yakuza...

That's much for the first few minutes.

Later, Mayo meets Nao along the way and the epic pantsu battle.

Nao: So you're the new prey of the president (?)

Natsuki saved Mayo by telekinetically pulling down Nao's undergarments (which is by the way, red and white striped one).

Natsuki: *laughs at the sight of Nao's undergarments*
Nao: Kuga! ((then I don't what went after))

Mayo officially met Kuga Natsuki after she (Natsuki) had seen the pantsu battle.

Natsuki: I am Kuga Natsuki, second year high school. ((she says something else)) I believe there's a new transfer student here... It was Kagura Maya I think...
Mayo: *Thinks* Is she talking about me?
Mayo: It's not Kagura Maya! It's Kagura Mayo!
Natsuki: Mayo?!
Mayo: What is it?
Natsuki: ...It's nothing, it's just something personal.

After meeting, Natsuki asked why did she had the handcuffs. Mayo didn't knew.

Mayo: Kaichou-san's katana wasn't able to break through this too.
Natsuki: Even Shizuru-I mean the kaichou? *grins and materializes the revolvers*

Natsuki tried to break the handcuffs herself but failed to accomplish it. Not a single scratch was found:

Natsuki: *fires* (bullets ricochets and almost hits Mayo and Natsuki)
Mayo: Kuga-senpai? What...did just happen?
Natsuki: I don't know it myself...

Basically, that's what happened there!

As of now, I'm still taking some Jap lessons, which, i hope, can help me in the future. If perhaps the tracks have some script that is packaged within some booklet, I can try to translate. But since school's been a hag throwing homework and take-home tests at me, maybe I can translate starting summer. I can't assure a perfect translation or story-telling since i'm still on the verge of learning. I can't do translations at the moment since, as I've mentioned before, the school loves me too much that it wouldn't miss a day of giving me work XD

As soon as I can understand the story, I'll post what i know immediately :)


Here's a sample of what I can translate: (sorry, i haven't been listening to my sensei about the grammar for a while therefore i'm easily confused on the usage of "yori")

I'll look into this find soon and maybe I'll find a better translation where one can understand what the track is about.

Hey Arty-chan, it's been a while hasn't it?! :) Your Japanese lessons are finally underway? Very cool! Expect a PM soon about the script booklets, I have a few questions about that actually. XD Like I told Ruby, don't worry about not putting out a perfect translation. Unless you ARE Japanese, most translations are up to interpretation.

Take your time with it, I know if I had to translate a Spanish audio drama, I'd need to listen to it over and over to get a proper translation down. You should do the same. :)
