What are they saying?! Minor translation assistance/help [Mai-HiME/Otome]

Though we already have help for our biggest projects, there are several members who can translate some kanji here and there. This thread will house translation help for single manga/doujin/novel pages or random kanji seen throughout the anime series of both Mai-HiME and Mai-Otome.

Recent example:



On our Facebook group, I asked Shezaei Neko what Elliot Chandler was saying inside Lena's thought bubble. Her answer:

If I'm not mistaken, it says: YAKUSOKU (promise).
And, oh yes. Lena looks quite nice with those suspenders. :3 Why her air-headed daughter didn't look more like her?

Foolish, Nymph. :) Yours seems to be required assistance for audio tracks in the anime or Drama CDs. Mine is just for random screen shots or single pages from reading material. So they shall remain separate~

xD We can also learn from YOU, Dep! You can translate some kanji, right?
